　　In a dystopian future, the Vatican knows how to resurrect people. A priest discovers a conspiracy behind the resurrections and their possible link to a series of murders.

Near future. Mankind is successfully exploring space: now a huge Delta station is located in the earth's orbit. Maksim Bortnikov is one of the members of the station repair team. An unexpected catastrophe caused by a proton storm cuts off Maksim from the rest, and he is left alone in outer space.

遭受气候变化破坏的后末世，社会的方方面面都受到严格控制。一对夫妇想要生孩子，一名女性评估员前来对他们进行为期7天的审查，确定是否合格，此事却演变成一场噩梦。

　　Karl Hochman, a technician in a computer shop, is also "The Address-Book Killer", who obtains the names of his victims from stolen address-books. Terry Munroe and her son Josh come into the store to price software, and a salesman uses Terry's address-book to demonstrate a hand-held scanner. Karl obtains the file, and while driving to Terry's house that night in a heavy electrical storm, his car runs off the road and lands upside down in a cemetery. While Karl is undergoing a CAT scan at the hospital, a surge of lightning courses through the building, and Karl's mind is transformed into electrical energy. Karl uses the electrical grid and computer networks to continue his killing-spree.

　　昆虫学家苏浩遭到一个神秘组织的绑架，被迫参与一项昆虫与哺乳动物的基因重组实验。随着实验的一步步深入，苏浩发现该实验项目背后隐藏着惊天的大阴谋，而参与实验的人员又相继离奇失踪和死亡，为了揭开真相，阻止安少康违背自然规律的反人类犯罪行为，苏浩与基因突变成恶魔的安少康展开了一场惊心动魄的生死较量。

　　在加洲沙漠深处的一个警察局，警察带回一个流浪者，流浪者拒绝说话，甚至不愿说出他的名字，他身上没有任何身份证明，只有一些零钱，一张报道当地一个警察英勇事迹的破旧剪报和一瓶药丸。警察以为他有精神问题，召来一个医生，医生鉴别出药丸是给透视人抑制他们透视能力的药物。但是，这个新囚犯用他的透视能力控制了警察的思想并杀死了他们。透视人开着巡逻车逃离。当警官萨姆获知这件事，他马上知道火车上的尸体是谁干的。他开始全面的攻击以捕捉这个无法无天的透视人。

　　影片讲述了一个三段式的恐怖故事，背景则是一个被一种奇妙的信号频率逼疯的世界：在特梅纳斯市的新年前夜，任何形式的通信设施，都因为一个高深莫测、谜一般的信号而受到了阻碍，它掠夺走了这个城市中每一个人的恐惧和绝望，迫使了一半的人因为无法抵制的杀戮欲而发了疯，也导致另一半的人因为随时害怕被猎杀而陷入了水深火热的恐惧当中，街道上到处是横七竖八的尸体，这个曾经因为和谐而著名的城市，也随即变成了一种彻底混乱的状态。　　镜头很快就对准了本，这个非常具有反叛精神的小伙子必须得从一家疯人院中救出他所爱的那个女人，同时还包括那已经发疯、虐待成性的丈夫。可是本却只能靠自己去完成这些，因为他没办法发现“信号”的本质，所以他也无法相信任何人，还要强迫自己不要屈服于暴力的招唤下。
